Origin of Suavagenails….

I still recall the day my older sister taught me how to paint my own nails. I was immediately in love with the fact that you could put this tiny art masterpiece, or at the time even a single color, on your hands and it would not wash off. Over the years, one color turned into a few, then the endless & ever evolving range of designs or using stickers, then later came charms and dried flowers…you get the point. I love every moment of wearing my latest creation on my hands. The painting process, trying the latest trends, learning new styles & technique. Naturally the compliments were always nice but then came the question of ‘Where’ I had them done. It started with me being proud to be able to say I had done them myself but then it turned into something else…me noticing the facial expression of those who wanted to perhaps have the same ‘artist’ do a design for them but realizing the artist was not taking clients at the moment. I wanted to be able to offer a way out of this limbo land of same old same old & give them a helpful answer rather than stopping at “Oh, I painted them in my house…”. I remember trying press-ons but to be honest….they were just so….boring to me. I didn’t want to have the same nails as eeevery girl I walked by with the only difference being french tipped or single color. Options have luckily advanced since being in junior high, however that still did not allow me to offer/recommend anything for those who were inquiring about my own personally hand-painted fingertips. Alas, the idea for Suavagenails was born & the rest is….still being written, but I am excited by each step towards crafting & selling press-ons to those who would prefer something they would’ve done themselves if they had the time, ability, whichever the case may be! Thank you again for visiting our website & I am looking forward to future adventures as I continue to build the company!
